Frankie is an experienced Aesthetics Nurse Prescriber and enjoys training and sharing knowledge into building your own aesthetics career. By teaching you how to provide the highest quality treatments to improve your client’s outcomes.

All training is CPD Accredited, you will receive your detailed training manual once the course is booked. It is necessary that you study this prior to the practical training day.

Each person will move through their aesthetics career at different stages. There is no right or wrong way to carry out your training, however the Steps above are based on how advanced each treatment is. Step 1 through 5, can take years, so don’t feel that you need to know everything immediately to be able to run a successful Aesthetics Business.

Business Support

Business start-up and advice will be included FREE of charge with any course booked with Lilah Aesthetics. This will include; How to set up your business, how to register your business, pharmacy registration, insurance providers, consent forms, client planners, medical questionnaires, emergency protocols, social media advice and more.

Starter Kit

Beginning your career in aesthetics can leave you with a lot to think about, therefore I have put together everything you will need (excluding the Patient Only Medication and the client!) for your first treatments in a handy travel case, for those of you who will be doing mobile treatments.

Training

There is a popular demand for more specific and tailored training. Some of us practitioners feel more confident in certain areas than others. What I have found is that to get the most from your training, is to use the bespoke training option.

That way you can prebook your choice of models, we will be able to cover a wider variety of theoretical work plus you get more hands on with it being 1:1 training. The only difference between a half day and full days training, is the length of the day and the amount of models we can fit in! Usually, you will get at least 3 treatments/ models on a half day, and 6 treatments/ models on a full day.

We will also book in a follow up supervision, after your training day, to answer any questions that have arose in practise and revisit any areas that you feel need further addressing.

Aesthetics is generally lone working, so finding a trainer who is willing to support you following your training day is essential.

NEW! Supervision and Skills Group Training

These days will be held bimonthly, with a different theme each time. You will observe treatments, discuss theory and skills behind each treatment, refresh your knowledge, discuss business goals, social media marketing and have any questions you have answered, in a friendly and supportive environment.
