Important information
- Monthly payments are collected via Direct Debit through GoCardless
- Payments are non-refundable but remain on your account as credit to use in clinic
- Any payments will contribute to costs, not be used for treatments in advance
- Credit can be used on treatments and skincare unless otherwise stated
- Membership benefits are exclusive to active members and cannot be transferred
- Appointment availability remains subject to normal clinic scheduling
